Shipping Basics

Whenever possible, we recycle outside carboard packaging materials, so please don't be surprised if your Lenox China arrives inside a Waterford branded cardboard shipping box. Rest assured, whatever product you purchase, it is first quality - never seconds of any kind, and will be packaged inside it's own manufacturer's box. We are authorized dealers of what we sell, and everything is first quality, factory fresh. While buying a nice new cardboard shipping carton, imprinted with our name would be great advertising, it just seems very wasteful. Our customers agree, and are happy to save money, and maybe a tree in the process.

Got Breakage?

While we do try our best, not every shipment can arrive perfectly. Should an item arrive broken, just contact us and we will take care of it. Please be sure to save all of your packing materials until you speak with a customer service representative. Breakage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, after that, we cannot be held responsible for damages.

...and now a note about UPS surcharges. If UPS needs to correct or clarify or edit a delivery address, we are charged a flat fee of $8. We are happy to absorb that, should the fault be with us, however, if we ship a package as addressed by the purchaser, and the correction is needed, you will be billed for the surcharge , so please make sure your delivery address has all needed information, such as apt or suite number, if those are required. Please be advised, if you provide an incorrect address, neither The Good China Co., or UPS can be held responsible. While every shipment is insured against breakage, we do not require a signature on delivery.

We ship from Wyckoff, NJ. MOST orders ship within 7 - 10 business days. The delivery estimates near each item can give you an idea of when to expect your package. If timing is a factor, don't take chances! Contact us, so we can do our best to make it happen. Please refer to the UPS Zone chart below, as northwestern states should expect a slightly longer delivery time. Continental United States

Shipping to the lower 48 states is always free for orders over $199, and we never charge for handling. Spend less than $199, and shipping is just $9.99.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses is charged for based on your order total.
