Returns & Exchanges
We strive for 100% satisfaction and are pleased to offer a 10 day
cash refund policy and a 30 day exchange policy on all goods that we
offer, with only two exceptions: sterling silver and any
custom/special order item that takes longer than 8 weeks to be
delivered. All special order items are clearly marked, no hidden surprises! We will work with you to make each gift
a special one. All returns and exchanges must be in their original
packaging, and not defaced in any way. Should an item be returned without it's original packaging, and manufacturer's stickers in place, a 30% re-stocking fee will be charged. If a return is shipped back to us, it MUST be insured and trackable. No EXCEPTIONS.
We are proud to recycle shipping & packaging materials when appropriate. While buying a fancy new box with our name on it would be good advertising, it just doesn't make any sense. Our customers agree, and share in the savings -
and maybe save a tree in the process! While we do try our best, and aim for a flawless shipment, should an item arrive broken, simply contact us within 3 days of arrival and we will take care of it. Please be sure to save all of
your packing materials until you speak with a customer service
For most deliveries, we use UPS, but we are happy to deliver to PO
Boxes and APO addresses using the Unites States Postal System. We
ship worldwide from Wyckoff, New Jersey, and shipping to the
48 contiguous states is free for orders over $199. Spend less than $199,

The Fine Print....
Should we have a typo or pricing error on our site, and an order is placed for that product, the purchaser will be notified within 3 business days and the order will cancelled or amended. We check and double check our database, but we are human and mistakes can happen.
...and now a note about UPS surcharges. If UPS needs to correct or clarify or edit a delivery address, we are charged a flat fee of $8. We are happy to absorb that, should the fault be with us, however, if we ship a package as addressed by the purchaser, and the correction is needed, you will be billed for the surcharge, so please make sure your delivery address has all needed information, such as apt or suite number, if those are required.
NJ sales tax of 7% is added to orders being delivered to
New Jersey. No sales tax is collected on orders that are delivered
outside of NJ.
The Good China Company accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
You can also use a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. We would be happy to accept a personal check,
but the order must be phoned in and shipment is held until clearing. $50 returned check fee applied to all NSF returned checks.
We welcome orders from Canadian customers, who are shipping to
either the US or Canada. We ship via UPS and duty is collected by UPS
